“Party Lines” (Season-1;Episode-16;aired-04/12/17)
POTUS
POTUS wastes no time having an emergency evacuation plan set up for the three newly discovered areas identified as possible targets: Statue of Liberty, Golden Gate Bridge, and Hoover Dam.
The race is then on for SB-8180, which is the weak-bill for gun control put forth by Bowman.
It appears to be poorly worded which some are using to get it passed and others rejected. POTUS however believes it has some good in it and he was kind of back-doored into having to approve it since Jack Bowman put him in a corner.
The vote appears to go back and forth between barely passing and barely being shot down, but ultimately it passes with 51-yays to 49-nays.
Hannah & Atwood
They turn over their findings to Mike Ritter. Turns out back in 1993 Browning & Reed was established as a go-to for private contractors. Then last July they dissolved. They have property in the middle of nowhere North Dakota, which oddly enough Brooke had visited there 4 times in the past year.
So Hannah and Atwood head off to N. Dakota. While in the middle of a field, they are told the “structure” should be right there.
After sleeping on it, the next morning they find the entrance to what appears to be an underground bunker. After breaking and entering, they enter an underground missile silo that looks like “a cold war time capsule’ and contains crates upon crates of explosives; the same kind used to blow up the capitol.
